Summary:
This position encompasses executive, administrative, and management responsibilities related to Women and Children's services at Baptist Health. Develops and manages all functions within the Women and Children program line. The Women and Children Program Line encompasses the care of mother/baby and the family unit prenatally, intrapartum and postpartum, as well as neonates, infants and children requiring specialized medical intervention, and patients hospitalized for gynecological intervention.
Other information:
Masters Degree in Health Care Administration, Business or Marketing preferred. May be Board Certified Licensed Physician; evidence of progressive administration healthcare experience of five (5) plus years in management position and/or service line management required. Experience in a highly metrics-oriented organization and high financial and analytical skills preferred. The level of job will be based on experience within the specific service line.
This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
