Litigation Defense Attorney

We are actively seeking a Litigation Defense Attorney with at least 2 years of experience to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to develop within a supportive, team-oriented environment while gaining hands-on litigation experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage civil litigation cases from initial filing through trial preparation
  • Draft and argue motions, including dispositive motions
  • Conduct and defend depositions
  • Handle written discovery and case strategy development
  • Attend court appearances and hearings
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members

Qualifications

  • 2 years of litigation experience
  • Experience in insurance defense is a plus
  • Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
  • Licensed and in good standing in the applicable state
